The 3 rooms, 2 gîtes and 1 studio, all 2-persons lodgings, reflects the calm and tranquility of the beautiful surroundings. 
We ask our guests please not to smoke in these areas, but to do so outside if they wish to.
This region is famous for the quality of its air and we would like you to enjoy its freshness both inside and out.

Once or twice a week during the high season, we organise a communal meal, which we take with our guests.
Our cuisine is of a very high standard, is based on dishes of the area and uses local, natural products.

Guests are welcome to use all the facilities available at La Roseraie-Drôme, e.g. the pool, terrace, grounds and rose garden with over 300 different roses. There is a fire in the sitting room, which can be used and also the use of washing machine, drier, an electric iron and Internet facilities are possible.

The room, studio or gîte will be available from 4.00 P.M. and you will be asked to leave before 10.00 A.M.

Rooms

All rooms have lovely views from the windows and the beds are of good quality with box sprung mattresses.

The studio "Le Tilleul" can be rent by night. "Le Tilleul" has two single beds. The kitchen area has a refrigerator,
a boiling plate and a microwave oven. It also has a dining table and two armchairs. The studio is completely self-contained with its own entrance, terrace and garden furniture.

The price of rooms includes breakfast and will be served on the terrace.
We can also provide a small 'welcome meal' when you arrive if you would like us to do so.

This room has an magnificent view over the rose garden and also has the atmosphere as in the rose garden.
The colonial bathroom, with a large shower, and toilet stays in open connection with the room itself.

This room has the atmosphere as from an olivtree. The view is directly over the terrace with two olivtrees.
L’Olivier has its own separated bathroom , with a bath and two washstands, and separated toilet.

The Gîtes  each have their own entrance. They have delightful sitting rooms furnished with a comfortable settee and/or armchairs. There is a well equipped kitchen supplied with adequate amounts of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils (if you want to do your own cooking).

The gîtes are both furnished for two or four people, but you are always welcome to join us for drinks or meals if you wish, or retreat to the privacy of your own space.

Studio and gîtes can be rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Breakfast will be served on the terrace if wished. A linen package containing blankets, bed linen, kitchen and bath towels is available and will be changed each week.

La Lavande is an gîte for 2 people – of approx. 35 m2 with a private terrace of about 12m2. French windows in the living room lead directly onto the terrace which has views of the mountains and the rose garden. In the bedroom is a large and roomy built-in wardrobe with plenty of space for all your luggage. The gîte has a separate kitchen and the spacious bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower and toilet.
In our gîte La Lavande you can choose to be part of the activity of the main house or to retire to the peace and quiet of your own gîte.

“Le Tilleul” means the lime tree. There are many of these in our grounds, in particular behind this studio.
The décor of Le Tilleul is based on restful colours such as brown, cream and earthy tints. The interior is furnished in light wood in keeping with its name Le Tilleul.
The studio is about 22.5 m2 and consists of a room with sprung twin beds (each 2 metres long), a dining table with 2 chairs and 2 arm chairs. The open-plan kitchenette is a compact kitchen unit with a fridge, hob, coffee machine and microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
This cosy studio is situated opposite the main building and has its own terrace with an olive tree.

The gîte St. Pons has its own entrance on the first floor. Its charm comes from the spacious view over the grounds of La Roseraie-Drôme across the rose garden, the swimming pool and the fruit trees. The combination of Provencal colours and the comfortable furnishing give this gîte a specially warm atmosphere.
St. Pons, which is for 2-4 people, measures 50 m2 and has a balcony of 3 x 6 meters. The living room leads directly to the terrace via French windows. The cosy, snug bedroom with sprung twin beds is on the mezzanine level and is accessed via a fixed staircase.
There is an open-plan kitchen and a spacious bathroom equipped with a washbasin, shower and toilet.
This gîte can be extended to include an extra room with a bathroom that are directly connected.

Price List

The independent gîte Marnas is situated near our rose garden. Both folding doors in the living room and bedroom facing the south and lead directly to the terrace. There is natural shadow of the trees. You have a beautiful view across the rose garden sitting on the garden furniture on the private terrace. Marnas, which is for 2 people, measures 40 m2. There is an open-plan kitchen including the dining table. The spacious bathroom is directly connected with the bedroom and equipped with a washbasin and shower. The toilet is separated. The combination of natural colors inspired by the stream, trees, rose garden and clear air give this gîte a specially rural and summery atmosphere. The bedroom with sprung twin beds radiate an oasis of quiet.

Rooms and studio - per night
- If your stay in the rooms (chambres) is for more than 7 nights, there will be a 10% discount for the extra    
  nights stayed.

- Price includes breakfast for the rooms and studio.
- A 'welcome meal' is provided, if wished, at € 12,50 per person

Studio en Gîtes - per week,from Saturday to Saterday.
- When an gîte or studio is rented for 2 weeks in the low or middle season, subsequent weeks will be charged at
   a discount of 50%. Full price is payable for all weeks in the high season.

- Breakfast is € 7,50 per person.

- A linen pack is available at € 10,00 per person / per week.
- A 'welcome pack' will be provided at € 12,50.

- Cleaning of your studio or gîte at the end of your stay will be arranged for € 35,00.
- Please let us know, when booking, if you would like us to supply you with linen.
